Refunds & Returns

We understand buying clothing online may cause some minor hiccups with sizing and fits.  It's for this reason, Qualuxe works closely with customers to get the best outcome for you. 

In order to obtain a refund, the goods will need to be shipped back to our manufacturing warehouse to either replace the item or provide a full/partial refund. Customer support will provide this address and various options to accommodate your request.
